The company is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company the Certificate No is IIN-0136.06 and follows Quality norms at each production stage.

The company has installed three imported German welders IDEAL make with latest PLC and Pyrometer controls. There are five Grinding machines for grinding the flash and polishing the edges. Teeth matching and gullet matching is done by the manually operated equipments/tooling accessories. Each weld is thoroughly tested on alignment test machine and on pneumatic testing machine. Tooth protective strip is applied on each loop by machine.
